Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our website, you 
agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to

3. ORDERS

- By placing an order, you are making an offer to 
  purchase a product at the listed price
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order 
  at our discretion, including after an order has 
  been confirmed
- You will receive an email confirmation once your 
  order is accepted and processed
- If we cancel your order after payment has been made, 
  a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days

4. SHIPPING

- We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business day 
  (Monday – Friday)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by 
  shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control
- A tracking number will be provided via email 
  once your order has shipped

5. WARRANTY

All TKW Fitness products come with a 1-year limited 
warranty from the date of purchase, covering 
manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under 
normal use.

This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at 
support@tkwfitness.com with your order number and 
a description of the issue.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 
TKW Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, 
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising 
from your use of our products or website, including 
but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from 
these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for 
the product in question.
