Refund & Return Policy

At TKW Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our smart 
walking pads. If you are not entirely satisfied with your 
purchase, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date 
you received it. To be eligible for a return, your walking 
pad must be:

- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging (required for large fitness 
  equipment safety)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Process & RMA

Please do NOT return the product to the sender's address 
on the package. To initiate a return, email us at 
support@tkwfitness.com with your order number and reason 
for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with:

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The specific return warehouse address closest to 
  your location

3. Return Shipping Costs

- Manufacturer Defect / Damage on Arrival: TKW Fitness 
  covers 100% of return shipping costs.
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): The customer is 
  responsible for return shipping fees. Due to the weight 
  of the equipment, we recommend using our discounted 
  carrier labels — the cost will be deducted from your 
  refund.

4. No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. 
You will receive a full refund of your product purchase 
price upon successful return.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your item at our US warehouse, 
we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection 
of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original 
  payment method within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your 
  refund has been issued.
- Please note: your bank or credit card provider may 
  require additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of excessive wear, physical damage 
caused by misuse, or are missing original packaging may 
not be eligible for a full refund. Our team will assess 
each case individually and communicate the outcome to you.

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different model, 
please contact us at support@tkwfitness.com. We will do 
our best to accommodate your request based on current 
inventory availability.
