Warranty Policy

At TKW Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our 
products. All TKW Fitness walking pads are tested to 
industry-leading standards and built to withstand the 
rigors of everyday use.

1. Warranty Coverage

All TKW Fitness products come with a 1-year limited 
warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical failures under normal use conditions
- Quality defects found upon receiving the product

2. What We Will Do

At our discretion, TKW Fitness will:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the defective product with the same or 
  equivalent model, at no additional cost to you

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by use outside of intended purpose

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
