01 The treadmill will not turn on Power and startup checks

Check each item below before contacting support.

Check the power cord

Make sure the power cord is firmly connected to the treadmill and wall outlet.

Turn on the main switch

Locate the power switch near the power connection and move it to the ON position.

Check the safety key

If your model includes a safety key, make sure it is properly attached.

Test another outlet

Try another suitable wall outlet and avoid loose extension cords.

If the display remains completely blank, stop troubleshooting and contact TKW Support.
02 The remote control does not respond Battery and connection checks

Check the battery

Confirm the battery is installed in the correct direction and remove any protective tab.

Move closer to the treadmill

Stand near the front of the treadmill and point the remote toward the display.

Restart the treadmill

Turn off the main switch, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.

Replace the battery

Install a new compatible battery if the remote still does not respond.

Keep your hands, clothing and tools away from the belt while it is moving.

Check the floor

Make sure the treadmill is placed on a flat, stable and level surface.

Observe the belt

Run the treadmill at its lowest speed without standing on it and observe the belt position.

Follow your model instructions

Use only the belt-adjustment procedure provided for your exact treadmill model.

Avoid large adjustments. Contact support if the belt rubs the side rail or repeatedly moves off center.

Stop and unplug

Turn off the treadmill and unplug it before inspecting or cleaning the belt.

Remove dust and debris

Wipe the side rails and visible belt surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

Check the user manual

Follow the lubrication type and schedule specified for your exact treadmill model.

Stop using the treadmill if you hear grinding, knocking or repeated metal-on-metal sounds.

05 How should I clean and store the treadmill? Simple everyday care
01 Power off

Stop the belt, switch off the power and unplug the cord.

02 Wipe clean

Remove sweat, dust and debris with a soft cloth.

03 Keep it dry

Store the treadmill away from moisture, direct heat and outdoor conditions.

04 Store safely

Secure the cord and follow the approved storage position for your model.

Do not store the treadmill vertically unless your model instructions specifically allow it.
06 An error code appears on the display Information to collect before contacting support

Error-code meanings may vary between treadmill models. Collect the following information:

Take a clear photo of the complete error code.

Note whether it appears during startup, walking or stopping.

Record your treadmill model and order number.

4

Record a short video if the treadmill makes an unusual sound.

Do not repeatedly restart the treadmill if the same error immediately returns.
