Thank you for shopping with TKW Fitness. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on tkwfitness.com.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only.

Shipping availability may vary by state, region, or address type. If your address is not eligible for delivery, a shipping option may not appear at checkout.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Unsupported U.S. states or regions shown as unavailable at checkout
  • U.S. territories or outlying islands where shipping is not supported
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International addresses

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping option:

Estimated delivery time is calculated after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

4. Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping for eligible U.S. orders.

No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout when your address is within our supported delivery area.

5. Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment location:

Your order may be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier depending on your location, product size, and carrier availability.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

If you have not received tracking information within a few business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@tkwfitness.com.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tkwfitness.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

8. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery location
  • With household members, neighbors, or building management
  • With the shipping carrier directly

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us at support@tkwfitness.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will help review the situation and work with the carrier when possible.

TKW Fitness is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the correct shipping address.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tkwfitness.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. We may need it for carrier claims or return processing.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes or cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may need to follow our return process.

11. Returns Related to Shipping

If you need to return an item, please contact us first at support@tkwfitness.com for return authorization and instructions.

Do not send any product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
