Common Questions
My treadmill won't turn on. What should I do?
Check that the power cord is securely plugged in, the safety key is inserted, and the emergency stop button has been reset. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.
The walking belt is drifting to one side. How do I fix it?
Use the included hex wrench to tighten the rear adjustment bolt on the side the belt is drifting toward. Turn clockwise, 1/4 turn at a time, until the belt is centered.
Where does my order ship from?
We ship from two US warehouses — New Jersey (East Coast) and California (West Coast). Orders are dispatched from the warehouse closest to you, typically arriving in 3–7 business days.
How do I lubricate the belt?
Apply silicone lubricant (included) under the center of the belt every 3 months or every 40 hours of use. Do not use WD-40 or oil-based lubricants.
